How does customization work?
Choose a product, then add your child’s name or message, pick fonts and colours, and upload an image if you’d like. You’ll see a live preview before adding to cart.
What file types can I upload for images?
JPG and PNG work best. For the sharpest print, use a clear image (ideally 1500px wide or more) and avoid heavy compression.
Can I preview my design before ordering?
Yes—your design updates in real time. Double-check spelling, placement, and colours before you add it to your cart.
How do I choose the right size?
Use the size chart on each product page and compare it with a favourite tee/hoodie your child already owns. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for room to grow.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t entered production yet, we’ll do our best to help. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
Do you ship across India? How long does delivery take?
We ship nationwide. Standard delivery times vary by location—once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow it door to door.
